today in clASS i had nothing better to do .
so i and my malay friends were talking abt movies , videos and VCDs .
and so , tis question poped out from my mouth ,
"hey , have u all got any nice VCDs to watch at home ? lend me leis .."
and my another chinese friend answered me ,
"er .. don have leis .. BUT MY PAPA GOT ! "
ME : "jus bring the nice ones and lend me.."
friend :"u wan MRT , CAR , or inside car one ?"
ME : (stun for a moment) "er .. nice one will do.. "
friend : " i think my papa got inside car one .. i think tat one nicer ! eh .. u 18 liao ma ?"
ME :"18 liao .. eh fuck u la !! don tok to me !! LOLS !! u go away u dumbby !!"

oh .. i'm such a retard man !! everyone was like laughing damn loudly .. wit my reaction in the end . kns . for those who don noe wats the joke about , its talking about lending of VCDs to watch . but my friend don have any nice one ,. and she thinks about the porn VCDs tat her father has and going one round trying to make a joke out of it . DAMN hilarious ok ?!

today during service quality and communications period ,
we had a debat .
"are customers always right ?"
my first reaction was ,
" customer have the right to think that they are right , but they do not have to right to think that we thinks tat they are right . and they are not always right. "

the word "miscommunication" exsist .
and because of tis word , customers always thinks tat they are right .
complain the hell out of us ,
make us terminate whateva shit .
hate these kind of customers .

hais , i've been looking forward to the attachment in the banks in the start of 2009 .
but the financial crisis has made me worry sick .
arh well , the financial economy recovers fast .
so shall wait till 2009 and see .
